Welcome to the registration page for participants of the Poland Security Congress.

Below is the registration form. After completing it, the participant's data will be verified, and upon approval, the organizer will send a confirmation of the participant's registration.

The registration is personal and entitles you to free participation in the congress, including lectures, networking, and materials.

Contact Person:

The contact person does not have to be a participant. This person is a company representative who registers participants and with whom we can contact regarding the registration

Terms and Conditions

Registration entitles you to free participation in the conference.
Registration includes: lectures, content materials and networking.
After receiving the registration, we will send you a confirmation of participation.
Cancellation of participation should be sent by email to the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the program.
The organizer reserves the right not to accept the registration.
Participation in the Congress includes:
1. Fixing the image of Participants in the form of analogue or digital photographs, internet streaming, videograms or audiovisual works during the Congress;
2. Processing personal data in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) on personal data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including, in particular, by Participants wearing identifiers including the following personal data in a visible place: first name, last name, company.

I confirm that I have read the Terms and Conditions and accept its provisions and the contents of the Privacy Policy.*
I agree to share my personal data (email address, telephone number) provided to the Event Partners for processing for marketing purposes. Consent is voluntary
I agree to receive email messages, text messages (SMS) containing commercial content and telephone contact from Event Partners in order to present commercial content. Consent is voluntary
I agree to the processing of my personal data in the form of images in the form of photos and video recordings from events organized by the Administrator in order to publish on the Administrator's website/profiles on social media/marketing materials. Consent is voluntary.
I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC in order to send marketing information regarding the products or services of the Administrator and its partners (you can find the current list of partners here). Consent is voluntary.
I agree to receive commercial information by electronic means in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144 item 1204) by MM Conferences S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-193), ul. Stawki 2 with tax identification number NIP: 9522040486. Consent is voluntary.
I consent to the use of telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes, in accordance with Art. 172 of the Act of July 16, 2004.
