Radosław Maćkiewicz has been the Director of the Centre for Informatics Technology since December 2023. He is an experienced manager in the new technology industry, particularly in cloud computing, cybersecurity and IT service management.

For many years, he worked for global IT solution providers, including Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, and is an academic lecturer on new technologies, entrepreneurship and practical management psychology.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, he holds an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, jointly with London Business School, HEC Paris and NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Since 2018 participates in the works of ENTSO-E – a pan-European organization associating electricity transmission system operators, where he was elected as a member of the Digital committee.
Since 2020 the Board of ENTSO-E entrusted him with the function of vice-Chair of the Digital committee. Since July 2022, after transformation of Digital committee into more powerful ICT Committe, he was nominated as a member.
In January this year he became a regular member of the Polish Committee of Large Networks and CIGRE, where he participates in the work of the D2 Studies Committee.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics at the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Automation.
He has started his professional career as a programmer, designer and developer of control systems for industrial automation in Germany.
Then he was implementing various IT systems in Polish institutions, companies and corporations. Since 2000, in subsequent places of employment, he was the head of IT in Poland or in the region.
Recently, he has been highly involved and active in various areas of cybersecurity.

Invests in local government projects, e.g. heating, waste management, energy efficiency, transportation infrastructure. Manages PFR’s Fund for Local Government Investments. Provides complex advisory services to local governments pursuing public-private partnership projects (PPP).  

Over 10 years of international experience in IT Security in multinational corporations. MA in Psychology and postgraduate diploma in Psychological Diagnosis in Clinical Practice. Qualified in Information Security projects and Information Security Governance at Regional and Global Level. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) by ISACA.

Dr. Jarosław Bułka, Eng. – Expert in digital transformation, smart cities, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence. Panelist and promoter of R&D activities and the transfer of knowledge from science to business. Member of the Information Society Council under the Marshal of the Małopolska Region and the Council of the Kraków Institute of Technology – Łukasiewicz Network. Judge for the Digital Excellence Award – CIONET. Initiator of Tech4KRK – an initiative bringing together Kraków-based companies around projects for the benefit of Kraków residents and the City Hall, CEO of MedDataSolution, and Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of Kraków for Digital Transformation.

Prior to becoming President of ComCERT S.A., he was, among other things, the author of software for state bodies protected under classified information regulations. He worked with government administration offices, joint government administrative bodies and public finance sector units, including state public-law institutions.

In 2016-2017, co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of Aplikacje Krytyczne, a company owned by the Ministry of Finance, which develops analytical information systems to support the Tax Administration and other state bodies in criminal-fiscal activities and countering financial irregularities. In 2017-2019, served as a Board Member of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), overseeing the maintenance and development of IT systems processing data of over 25 million ZUS clients and transactions valued at over PLN 300 billion annually. Responsible for the digital implementation of the 2017 pension reform and other national projects: centralization of social contribution payments (e-Skladka), digitization of employee files (e-Akta) and digitization of sick leave (e-ZLA).

He served as a Member of the Digitization Council appointed by the Minister of Digitization, a Member of the Scientific Council of NASK, and an Advisor to the Steering Committee of the electronic ID card (e-ID) project – being appointed jointly by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, the Minister of Digitization and the Minister of Health. He served as an advisor to the Presidents of selected state-owned companies. He is a member of the Scientific and Expert Council for Cyber Security at the Police Academy in Szczytno. He is a forensic expert qualified in the fields of IT, reverse engineering, cybersecurity, and IT copyright law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He gained professional experience in specialist and managerial positions in telecommunications companies Telefonia Dialog and Polkomtel. Currently, he serves as the Team Manager and Leader of the project “Construction of an LTE Critical Communication Network” using the 420MHz band.

Paula Januszkiewicz is an experienced cybersecurity expert, CEO, and the founder of CQURE Inc. and CQURE Academy. She is a Microsoft MVP, an honorable Regional Director for CEE, and a top-rated conference speaker at events such as Microsoft Ignite, RSA, Black Hat, and more. Her session was voted the best at Black Hat Asia Briefings 2019.

Paula has over 19 years of experience in the field, including performing penetration tests, consulting, and delivering sessions and trainings. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and has created security awareness programs for various organizations, including top management. Paula is also a member of the Technical Advisory Board at the Royal Bank of Scotland/Natwest and has been granted access to the source code of Windows.

President of Digital Poland Association, the initiator of CEE Digital Coalition

As the President of Digital Poland Association, he has been representing the largest manufacturers and distributors of electrical and electronic equipment in Poland for 19 years. Connected with Digital Europe, an organization of Europe’s largest association of the ICT sector, where three times held the position of Board Member. Chosen by the Minister of Digital Affairs of Poland to take a seat in the ministry’s Council for Digitization. The initiator of the CEE Digital Coalition – the digital industry coalition from Central and Eastern Europe.

Rafał Kasprzyk was commissioned as 2Lt. in 2004 and one year later received his M.Sc. Eng. degree after individual studying in Decision Support System at Cybernetics Faculty as the 1st place graduate from Military University of Technology in 2005. In 2012 he received Ph.D. degree with honors in the field of computer science. In 2015 he won a contest for a scientific scholarship granted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for the scientific achievements and the level of research. He was the originator of creation of Cyberspace Modeling and Analysis Laboratory, which he leaded from 2018. In 2021, he was assigned as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology. He was a leader of many projects time after time awarded at the international invention trade fairs. His main interest are graph and network theory, decision support systems, computer simulation, homeland security, social computing and cybersecurity.

Director of the IT Infrastructure and Security Department, CISO; P4 sp. z o.o.
Graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology and IESE Business School – University of Navarra (Advanced Management Program). From the beginning of his career associated with the development of the ICT sector in Poland. At P4 sp. z o.o. he deals with the area of ​​IT infrastructure, asset and supplier management as well as aspects related to cyber threats, business continuity and risk management. 

Piotr Krawiec – PhD degree in telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology, Poland (2011). Since 2012 he is an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Telecommunications (NIT), Warsaw, Poland. He was involved in 15 national and EU R&D projects in the area of IT networks, mobile technologies (including 5G), Internet applications and evaluation of cybersecurity. Since 2018, he has been involved in the development of the cybersecurity certification system in Poland. Since 2019, he is Technical Manager at NIT’s IT Security Evaluation Facility (ITSEF). ITSEF NIT provides accredited evaluation and testing services for conformity assessment with security requirements contained in reference standards i.e. Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408) and EN ISO/IEC 19790.

Associated with the IT Security industry for over
20 years. He managed and configured the first
broadband Internet access networks.
He is the co-creator of the first antivirus remover
against the Sasser worm, which spread on
computer systems based on the Windows
platform in 2004.

For 20 years, it has been working on cyber
systems secure and cyber-educating users
against cyber threats. As a longtime administrator
of Linux and Windows systems, he learned about
the possibilities of attackers and threats opened

by external and internal IT system users. He was
attacked and he attacked. Now he shares this

co-created with friends.
Over the years, he has advised some of the
biggest brands in the industry, helping them
develop and secure IT infrastructures by
educating, providing, and advising on security and
continuous monitoring tools for services.
At XOPERO, he is responsible for communication
and maintaining the image of XOPERO Vision. As
a Cybersecurity Advocate, he represents the
company in the media, at conferences, and across
the dynamic online world. 🙂

Paweł Raczyński serves as the President of the Management Board at Kyndryl Poland. In this role, he is responsible for shaping, developing, and executing Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives.

Paweł advises domestic and international clients from the public and private sectors. He specializes in digital transformation and harnessing cutting-edge IT technologies to foster innovation. With a background spanning IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, and the Orange Group, he has spearheaded multiple projects across the finance, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries, leading to significant business transformations for his clients.

Paweł brings expertise in organizational restructuring, including managing mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs and implementing effective change management strategies. He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick. He has completed senior executive training programs at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ireneusz Wochlik, PhD, is a biocybernetic specialist in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. He is the co-founder and CEO of Aigorithmics sp. z o.o., a member of the board of the AI LAW TECH Foundation, and a lecturer as part of the Business.AI postgraduate studies: Technology, Law, Application of Artificial Intelligence. He is also a co-creator of the “Cybersecurity Management” and “Chief Data Officer” – postgraduate studies conducted by Kozminski University and a member of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence (GRAI) at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where he is the leader of the Energy Subgroup.

From 1997 to 2016, he worked at the AGH University of Science and Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering as an assistant professor. In 2005, he obtained a PhD in technical sciences and has since published the results of his scientific work in over 50 publications. He is also a co-author of the document “An Analysis of the Selected Aspects of the Draft Artificial Intelligence Act” (https://www.gov.pl/web/ai/prawo), the report “The Potential of Artificial Intelligence in the Healthcare Sector” and the book “Metaświat Prawne i Techniczne Aspekty Przełomowych Technologii”.

For over 20 years, he has been dealing with advanced data analysis based on Big Data, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning tools, as well as creating intelligent solutions to support businesses. He specializes in broadly understood digital transformation processes focused on the “data-driven” philosophy, using optimally selected technological solutions. He has also been a speaker and panelist at various scientific and business conferences.

Dominik Żochowski, a Polish entrepreneur and co-owner of Engave S.A., graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical Academy in Warsaw. He began his IT career in the USA, developing software for medical diagnostics. Upon returning to Poland, he worked at IBM Poland, where he achieved the best results in the EMEA region. He transitioned from IBM Poland to public administration, where, as the Director General of the Center for Health Care Information Systems (CSIOZ), he implemented key healthcare IT projects, including the Act on Registration of Medical Services and systems such as ZOZMail and the Register of Emergency Medical Units. In later years, he also worked for Oracle Poland and again for IBM. The extensive experience gained in the IT industry prompted him to establish his own company specializing in advanced information technologies.

Dominik Żochowski is a charismatic and decisive personality, recognized as an expert in the IT sector. His unconventional style and uncompromising expression of opinions go hand in hand with creativity and a strong commercial sense. He is valued for his ability to precisely assess the financial implications of business decisions.
