Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz
– physician, local government official, and politician. Member of
the Sejm (Polish Parliament) of the VIII, IX, and X terms.
President of the Polish People's Party since 2015.
Born in 1981 in Krakow. Graduate of the II High School of King Jan
III Sobieski and the Faculty of Medicine of the Jagiellonian
University Medical College, Doctor of Medical Sciences. Employee of
the Clinic of Internal Diseases and Rural Medicine of the
Jagiellonian University Medical College. He obtained the title of
Doctor of Medical Sciences in 2010. He conducted scientific
research at, among others, Emory University School of Medicine in
Atlanta, USA.
From 2010 to 2011, a Councilor of the City of Krakow. He
participated in the work of the Committee on Family and Social
Policy, the Committee on Health, Prevention, and the Committee on
Property and Entrepreneurship.
Since 2000, associated with the Polish People's Party. He was also
one of the co-creators of the Forum of Young Populists. In 2008–2012
he served as the Secretary of the National Executive Committee of
the PSL.
In November 2011, he became the PSL candidate for the position of
Minister of Labor and Social Policy in the second coalition
government of Donald Tusk. On November 18, he was sworn in as
Minister of Labor and Social Policy. On December 1, 2012, he became
Vice President of the Polish People's Party.
On September 22, 2014, he again took the position of Minister of
Labor and Social Policy in the government of Ewa Kopacz.
On November 7, 2015, the PSL National Council appointed him as
President of the Polish People's Party. He was also elected Chairman
of the PSL Parliamentary Club. Re-elected as President of the PSL by
Congresses on November 19, 2016, and December 4,
2021.
From 2015 to 2023, Chairman of the Parliamentary Club created by the
PSL, and since 2016, a Member of the National Security
Council.
From 2012 to 2021, he was the Chairman of the Main Council of the
National Association of Rural Sports Teams.
He is the grandson of Władysław, a soldier of the 13th Vilnius
Uhlan Regiment and the Peasants' Battalions, and the son of Andrzej
Kosiniak-Kamysz, Minister of Health in the government of Tadeusz
Mazowiecki. Wife Paulina, they have two daughters and a
son.
On December 12, 2023, he was elected by resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, and on December 13, appointed by decision of the President of the Republic of Poland to the Council of Ministers as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence.

Prior to becoming President of ComCERT S.A., he was, among other things, the author of software for state bodies protected under classified information regulations. He worked with government administration offices, joint government administrative bodies and public finance sector units, including state public-law institutions.
In 2016-2017, co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of Aplikacje Krytyczne, a company owned by the Ministry of Finance, which develops analytical information systems to support the Tax Administration and other state bodies in criminal-fiscal activities and countering financial irregularities. In 2017-2019, served as a Board Member of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), overseeing the maintenance and development of IT systems processing data of over 25 million ZUS clients and transactions valued at over PLN 300 billion annually. Responsible for the digital implementation of the 2017 pension reform and other national projects: centralization of social contribution payments (e-Skladka), digitization of employee files (e-Akta) and digitization of sick leave (e-ZLA).
He served as a Member of the Digitization Council appointed by the Minister of Digitization, a Member of the Scientific Council of NASK, and an Advisor to the Steering Committee of the electronic ID card (e-ID) project – being appointed jointly by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, the Minister of Digitization and the Minister of Health. He served as an advisor to the Presidents of selected state-owned companies. He is a member of the Scientific and Expert Council for Cyber Security at the Police Academy in Szczytno. He is a forensic expert qualified in the fields of IT, reverse engineering, cybersecurity, and IT copyright law.

Radosław Maćkiewicz has been the Director of the Centre for Informatics Technology since December 2023. He is an experienced manager in the new technology industry, particularly in cloud computing, cybersecurity and IT service management.
For many years, he worked for global IT solution providers, including Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, and is an academic lecturer on new technologies, entrepreneurship and practical management psychology.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where he earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering in 1988.
He began his career in the United States as a service engineer and as a service director for Hogan Technical Services, an industrial electronics equipment repair and maintenance company. From 1989 to 1991, he worked for a Canadian company that designs, manufactures and sells electronic equipment for the mining industry. From 1992 to 1993, he worked for Bull Poland and Digital Equipment Polska.
From January 1994 to February 2006, he worked at HP Poland, serving successively as: the Director of Marketing and Partner Channels (January 1994-May 1996), the Director of the Computer Products Division (May 1996-July 1998) and the President of the Management Board (July 1998 – February 2006). In 2006, he assumed the position of the President of the Management Board of Oracle Poland. From June 2006 to November 2007, he was the Director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in Central Europe. From September 2013 to June 2016, he served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland responsible for the Infrastructure Division, Data Processing Center and ICT Department.
Since January 4, 2016, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems, a company formed by consolidating six Polish companies from the Asseco Group and the Infrastructure Division from Asseco Poland. Since October 1, 2017, he has served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. The research interests of Agata Tyburska, PhD, are directly related to
with the internal security of the state. In the last fifteen years, the scientific and research activity of Dr. Agata Tyburska oscillates mainly around the issues of critical infrastructure, civil protection and threats to security and public order She is the author of many scientific studies in the field of internal security and public order. In 2025, she received a distinction from the Polish Society of Security Sciences
of Security Sciences, based in Siedlce, in the Competition for the best monograph and scientific article in the field of security sciences published in 2020-2024, for the scientific article entitled Research on linkages and dependencies of critical infrastructure systems as a basis for immunization of critical infrastructure of the state and large urban agglomerations(“Journal of Modern Science”, Volume 3/52/2023).

Prof. dr hab inż. Jarosław Wołejszo, dr h.c., retired Colonel, is a research and teaching staff member at the President Stanisław Wojciechowski Kalisz University.
In 1998, he obtained a doctoral degree in military sciences with a specialization in command. The title of his doctoral dissertation was: “Operations of First-Use Forces in the Border Screening Zone.”
In 2004, he was awarded a postdoctoral (habilitation) degree in military sciences with a specialization in command (Faculty of Land Forces, National Defence Academy). The title of his habilitation dissertation was: “Modification of Organizational Structures of Tactical-Level Land Forces Commands in the Polish Armed Forces.”
In 2010, he was granted the title of Professor of Military Sciences by the President of Poland.
At the National Defence Academy (1996–2015), he held various academic and teaching positions, from assistant and adjunct, to Head of the Department of Command Systems and Training Methodology, Commandant of the Institute of Management and Command, Deputy Commandant-Dean of the Faculty of Land Forces, Commandant-Dean of the Faculty of Land Forces, and Dean of the Faculty of Management and Command.
He was the organizer, main author, and director of the exercise code-named “PIERŚCIEŃ …” (RING…) at the National Defence Academy, focusing on coordination, cooperation, and synchronization of actions between County and Municipal Crisis Management Teams (in Pułtusk and Ciechanów) and Mechanized Divisions, Mechanized/Armored Brigades, battalions/squadrons during crisis and wartime scenarios.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Institute of Security Sciences at the President Stanisław Wojciechowski Kalisz University and Chair of the Scientific Council for the Discipline of Security Sciences.
He specializes in issues related to security and defense, particularly command and control within the national security system (Polish Armed Forces’ command system, command and control in crisis management), art of war, research methodology in security sciences, praxeology in security, management and command, decision-making processes, training (professional development) of personnel in hierarchical organizations, and implementing change within such organizations.
He is the author of numerous theoretical and practical publications. In his academic and educational career, he has supervised many doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s students.
He is also the author of numerous scientific works, research projects, publications, and articles, as well as a supervisor of diploma and doctoral theses in the areas of security, national defense, and management and command. He is the chair and organizer of a series of scientific conferences dedicated to Praxeology in Management and Command, Praxeology in Security Sciences, Art of War, and National Security Systems, including Praxeology in Crisis Management, such as:
the 2nd National Scientific Conference in the series “Praxeology in Security Sciences” on “Effectiveness of Cooperation between Entities Responsible for Crisis Management” (Kalisz, November 22–23, 2022),
