Speaker Guidelines

INFORMATION

The presentation should be submitted no later than 3 business days before the event date to the Project Coordinator - Lilianna Jarek: l.jarek@mmcpolska.pl
The Organizer is not responsible for the incorrect display of the presentation if it has not been submitted in advance and prepared according to the guidelines below.

If you wish to share a presentation from your own device during the speech, please inform the organizer in advance, providing details of the presentation (e.g., if it contains sound or video) and information about the device (e.g., laptop brand, port type). When using your own device, please attend the technical rehearsal at the time designated by the organizer.
Presentation Parameters:
  • File: MS PowerPoint (if special fonts are used in the presentation, please send them together with the file),
  • Format: 16:9 - this is the standard size for screens used during the conference,
  • Videos in .PPT - ideally embedded in the presentation and also sent as separate files (properly labeled) to ensure they can be played if issues occur within .PPT,
  • Readability: high contrast colors, large font, avoid using screenshots from websites.

We strongly request that you do not use presentations in PDF format. When playing a PDF file on an external monitor, it is not possible to preview upcoming slides or their numbering.

Please do not include hyperlinks in the presentation - during the event, we do not connect to your company's server or the internet.
Videos:

File formats:

- .MP4 (approx. 15-20 mbps is sufficient),

- .MOV (HAP codec, Photojpeg).

Resolution – preferably 1920×1080 or 1280×720

Audio & Graphics:

Audio: - .MP3 or .WAV.

Graphics: - .JPEG, .EPS.

Resolution: 1920×1080 (larger resolutions will not be displayed on the screens anyway)
