Welcome to the page dedicated to Participants of the
Poland Security Congress

Below is the registration form. After filling it out, the participant's data will be verified, and after their approval, the organizer will send a confirmation of the participant's entry on the registration list of the event.

The application is personal and entitles you to free participation in the congress and includes lectures, networking, and substantive materials.

Conference Participant Data:

*Data required and necessary for further processing of the application (please complete the data accurately because the information from them will be available on the identifiers during the event)

Person Submitting:

The person submitting does not have to be a participant. This person is a company representative who registers participants and with whom we can
contact regarding the application

The submitting person is also a participant

Regulations

The application entitles you to free participation in the conference.
The application includes: lectures, substantive materials, and networking.
After receiving the application, we will send you a confirmation of participation.
Resignation from participation should be sent by email to the organizer's address.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program.
The organizer reserves the right not to accept the application.
Participation in the Congress includes:
1. Fixing the image of Participants in the form of analog or digital photographs, streaming on the Internet, videograms or audiovisual works
  during the Congress;
2. Processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) on the protection of personal
  data and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including in particular by Participants wearing identifiers in a visible place
  including the following personal data: name, surname, company.

I confirm that I have read the Regulations and accept its provisions and the content of the Privacy Policy.*
I agree to share my personal data (e-mail address, telephone number) provided by me with the Event Partners, for processing for marketing purposes. Consent is voluntary
I agree to receive e-mail messages, text messages (SMS) containing commercial content and telephone contact from the Event Partners in order to present commercial content. Consent is voluntary
I consent to the processing of my personal data in the form of images in the form of photos and video recordings from the events organized by the Administrator in order to place it on the Administrator's website / profiles on social media / marketing materials. Consent is voluntary.
I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC for the purpose of sending marketing information about products or services Administrator and its partners (an up-to-date list of partners can be found here). Consent is voluntary.
I agree to receive commercial information by electronic means in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204) by MM Conferences SA with its registered office in Warsaw (00-193), ul.
