Janusz Czaja – Director of the Development and Research Office of Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. Ph.D. Eng. After graduating from Rzeszów University of Technology, he has been involved with Huta Stalowa Wola since 1986 – starting from the position of an designer, then as Head of the Technology Department and Chief Technologist, Operations Director and, since 2023, Office Director. For several years he worked with the Wydział Mechaniczno – Technologiczny at the Rzeszów University of Technology in Stalowa Wola as an assistant professor. Currently, he leads a team of over 100 people – designers and researchers – which deals with the design and testing of products offered by Huta Stalowa Wola, mainly military equipment.

Prior to becoming President of ComCERT S.A., he was, among other things, the author of software for state bodies protected under classified information regulations. He worked with government administration offices, joint government administrative bodies and public finance sector units, including state public-law institutions.

In 2016-2017, co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of Aplikacje Krytyczne, a company owned by the Ministry of Finance, which develops analytical information systems to support the Tax Administration and other state bodies in criminal-fiscal activities and countering financial irregularities. In 2017-2019, served as a Board Member of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), overseeing the maintenance and development of IT systems processing data of over 25 million ZUS clients and transactions valued at over PLN 300 billion annually. Responsible for the digital implementation of the 2017 pension reform and other national projects: centralization of social contribution payments (e-Skladka), digitization of employee files (e-Akta) and digitization of sick leave (e-ZLA).

He served as a Member of the Digitization Council appointed by the Minister of Digitization, a Member of the Scientific Council of NASK, and an Advisor to the Steering Committee of the electronic ID card (e-ID) project – being appointed jointly by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, the Minister of Digitization and the Minister of Health. He served as an advisor to the Presidents of selected state-owned companies. He is a member of the Scientific and Expert Council for Cyber Security at the Police Academy in Szczytno. He is a forensic expert qualified in the fields of IT, reverse engineering, cybersecurity, and IT copyright law.

Doctor of Economics (Academy of Economics in Katowice, 1996), specializing in multi-criteria decision support. For his doctoral dissertation, he received the Prime Minister’s Award in the field of economics.
He began his professional career as an assistant and later an adjunct at the University of Economics in Katowice, developing scientific and didactic activities.
He combined his work at the University with consulting and expert activities, specializing in financial planning, investment project analysis, risk management and project management.
He has held numerous executive positions and served on the supervisory boards of many companies.
Since 2013, he has been employed at Rosomak S.A. as the Director of the Department of Finance and Human Resources, Member of the Management Board. In November 2024, he was appointed CEO of the company.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where he earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering in 1988.
He began his career in the United States as a service engineer and as a service director for Hogan Technical Services, an industrial electronics equipment repair and maintenance company. From 1989 to 1991, he worked for a Canadian company that designs, manufactures and sells electronic equipment for the mining industry. From 1992 to 1993, he worked for Bull Poland and Digital Equipment Polska.

From January 1994 to February 2006, he worked at HP Poland, serving successively as: the Director of Marketing and Partner Channels (January 1994-May 1996), the Director of the Computer Products Division (May 1996-July 1998) and the President of the Management Board (July 1998 – February 2006). In 2006, he assumed the position of the President of the Management Board of Oracle Poland. From June 2006 to November 2007, he was the Director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in Central Europe. From September 2013 to June 2016, he served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland responsible for the Infrastructure Division, Data Processing Center and ICT Department.

Since January 4, 2016, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems, a company formed by consolidating six Polish companies from the Asseco Group and the Infrastructure Division from Asseco Poland. Since October 1, 2017, he has served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ComCERT, Pirios and National Defence Systems, and a Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Cloud.

A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He gained professional experience in specialist and managerial positions in telecommunications companies Telefonia Dialog and Polkomtel. Currently, he serves as the Team Manager and Leader of the project “Construction of an LTE Critical Communication Network” using the 420MHz band.

A graduate of the Computer Science Faculty at the Szczecin University of Technology (currently the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin) – he has been involved in the IT industry for nearly 15 years in the area of core IT systems, data centers, and cloud computing services. Previously responsible for the Data Center business area at Unizeto Technologies, later worked as a Managing Director of Cloud & Data Center services at Asseco Data Systems. Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Cloud, where he is responsible for the Commercial Services Division. He serves as a Management Board Member of the National Operator of Medical Cloud (Krajowy Operator Chmury Medycznej) and is a member of the board of the Polska Chmura Association.

Radosław Maćkiewicz has been the Director of the Centre for Informatics Technology since December 2023. He is an experienced manager in the new technology industry, particularly in cloud computing, cybersecurity and IT service management.

For many years, he worked for global IT solution providers, including Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, and is an academic lecturer on new technologies, entrepreneurship and practical management psychology.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, he holds an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, jointly with London Business School, HEC Paris and NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

A graduate of the Lazarski University. Vice-President and Expert of the PIiT Digital Administration Committee, Vice-President and Member of the Board of the Digital Poland Association. For almost 20 years, he has been associated with the issues of public key architecture (PKI), including electronic signatures. Current interests include trust and eIDAS services resulting from eIDAS regulation as well as digital transformation and paperless processes. He co-founded one of the qualified Certification Centers in Poland and participated in key IT projects in the field of identification and authentication. He joined Asseco Data Systems in June 2016.

An expert with several years of experience in securing critical infrastructure the largest economic entities in Poland. He implemented anti-drone systems on several large CI facilities and state-of-the-art anti-terrorist security.

Rozalia Urbanek, Investment Director at PFR Ventures. She is responsible for investments in PE and VC funds. She has 8 years of experience in venture capital and private equity (before worked at PineBridge Investment and ForeVest), and 2 years of experience in transaction advisory (due diligence and M&A at EY). She completed the CEMS MIM program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Maj. Gen. Cezary Wiśniewski is the Deputy General Commander of the Polish Armed Forces. Maj. Gen. Cezary Wiśniewski joined the Polish Air Force in 1987, starting his studies at the Aviation Academy in Dęblin.
He obtained the 3rd class of military pilot on January 14, 1991 in the 58th Aviation Training Regiment in Dęblin. During the fourth year of his studies, he began flying MiG-21UM/MF combat aircraft. He received his first officer rank in 1991 after graduating from Aviation Academy.
A graduate of the Polish Air Force University (1991) and the Pedagogical University (1997). In 2001 he graduated from the National Defence University of Warsaw. Then, he completed foreign courses (Squadron Officer Course, Maxwell Air Force Base, USA – 2003, COMAO Course, TLP Florenns, Belgium – 2008).
In 2009, he completed postgraduate studies in Foreign and International Service at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, in 2014 he graduated from the Master of Strategic Studies, Air War College at the United States Air Force University, Maxwell AFB, USA. Awarded with many medals and decorations and an entry in the “Honorary Book of the Minister of National Defense”. He performed important functions, including the function of the Head of the Air Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Defense – Chairman of the State Aviation Accident Investigation Committee (2016), Air Force Inspector (2016-2017) and the position of defense attaché in the USA (2017-2021).

Prof. dr hab inż. Jarosław Wołejszo, dr h.c., retired Colonel, is a research and teaching staff member at the President Stanisław Wojciechowski Kalisz University.
In 1998, he obtained a doctoral degree in military sciences with a specialization in command. The title of his doctoral dissertation was: “Operations of First-Use Forces in the Border Screening Zone.”
In 2004, he was awarded a postdoctoral (habilitation) degree in military sciences with a specialization in command (Faculty of Land Forces, National Defence Academy). The title of his habilitation dissertation was: “Modification of Organizational Structures of Tactical-Level Land Forces Commands in the Polish Armed Forces.”
In 2010, he was granted the title of Professor of Military Sciences by the President of Poland.
At the National Defence Academy (1996–2015), he held various academic and teaching positions, from assistant and adjunct, to Head of the Department of Command Systems and Training Methodology, Commandant of the Institute of Management and Command, Deputy Commandant-Dean of the Faculty of Land Forces, Commandant-Dean of the Faculty of Land Forces, and Dean of the Faculty of Management and Command.
He was the organizer, main author, and director of the exercise code-named “PIERŚCIEŃ …” (RING…) at the National Defence Academy, focusing on coordination, cooperation, and synchronization of actions between County and Municipal Crisis Management Teams (in Pułtusk and Ciechanów) and Mechanized Divisions, Mechanized/Armored Brigades, battalions/squadrons during crisis and wartime scenarios.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Institute of Security Sciences at the President Stanisław Wojciechowski Kalisz University and Chair of the Scientific Council for the Discipline of Security Sciences.
He specializes in issues related to security and defense, particularly command and control within the national security system (Polish Armed Forces’ command system, command and control in crisis management), art of war, research methodology in security sciences, praxeology in security, management and command, decision-making processes, training (professional development) of personnel in hierarchical organizations, and implementing change within such organizations.
He is the author of numerous theoretical and practical publications. In his academic and educational career, he has supervised many doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s students.
He is also the author of numerous scientific works, research projects, publications, and articles, as well as a supervisor of diploma and doctoral theses in the areas of security, national defense, and management and command. He is the chair and organizer of a series of scientific conferences dedicated to Praxeology in Management and Command, Praxeology in Security Sciences, Art of War, and National Security Systems, including Praxeology in Crisis Management, such as:
the 2nd National Scientific Conference in the series “Praxeology in Security Sciences” on “Effectiveness of Cooperation between Entities Responsible for Crisis Management” (Kalisz, November 22–23, 2022),

He has been repeatedly honored with state, ministerial, and university rector’s awards.

Mateusz Zawistowski serves as the President of the Management Board at MS TFI, where, under the appointment of the Ministry of National Defense, he leads efforts to establish the Polish Defence Fund—a key initiative aimed at supporting the development of Poland’s defense sector and strengthening national capabilities in this area.

He has over 10 years of experience in equity investments, law, and strategic management. He previously served as Managing Director at ff Venture Capital, overseeing high-growth potential transactions and supporting companies such as Montonio, Salv, Kennek, Respeecher, and MoleculeOne. His efforts attracted investments from leading global funds, including HV Capital, Index Ventures, and TQ Ventures.

Mateusz is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at AMX – Armenia Securities Exchange and Central Depository, where he actively contributes to the development of Armenia’s capital market. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at The Kosciuszko Foundation Poland and a lecturer at Kozminski University.

Graduate of the University of Szczecin. She has been working in logistics all her working life and has been employed for 15 years at DB Port Szczecin – one of the largest transhipment terminals in the Szczecin-Świnoujście port complex. She currently holds the position of director for logistics chains and is also responsible for special cargo, including military cargo, and cooperation with authorities. He is a member of the Szczecin Port Stakeholders’ Council, a business organisation supporting development of the port.

Dominik Żochowski, a Polish entrepreneur and co-owner of Engave S.A., graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical Academy in Warsaw. He began his IT career in the USA, developing software for medical diagnostics. Upon returning to Poland, he worked at IBM Poland, where he achieved the best results in the EMEA region. He transitioned from IBM Poland to public administration, where, as the Director General of the Center for Health Care Information Systems (CSIOZ), he implemented key healthcare IT projects, including the Act on Registration of Medical Services and systems such as ZOZMail and the Register of Emergency Medical Units. In later years, he also worked for Oracle Poland and again for IBM. The extensive experience gained in the IT industry prompted him to establish his own company specializing in advanced information technologies.

Dominik Żochowski is a charismatic and decisive personality, recognized as an expert in the IT sector.
