Dr Filip Czernicki, CEO of CPK, is a Doctor of Law, attorney-at-law and university lecturer.
He has several years of experience in the aviation industry and team leadership. While working for the Polish Airports (PPL), he was responsible for initialising, managing and supervising the strategic projects, including the Chopin Airport City, Chopin airport’s expansion to a maximum capacity and redevelopment of the surrounding road network. He has held the position of Szczecin Goleniów Airport Supervisory Board Chairman for several years. In 2006-2012 he was the Plenipotentiary for the Modlin Airport’s launch. He supervised the implementation of the Polish Airports’ strategy, as well as Chopin Airport’s Master Plan. For several years at PPL he has been responsible for corporate governance and subsidiaries. He worked with government administration offices, joint government administrative bodies and public finance sector units, including state public-law institutions.
In 2016-2017, co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of Aplikacje Krytyczne, a company owned by the Ministry of Finance, which develops analytical information systems to support the Tax Administration and other state bodies in criminal-fiscal activities and countering financial irregularities. In 2017-2019, served as a Board Member of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), overseeing the maintenance and development of IT systems processing data of over 25 million ZUS clients and transactions valued at over PLN 300 billion annually. Responsible for the digital implementation of the 2017 pension reform and other national projects: centralization of social contribution payments (e-Skladka), digitization of employee files (e-Akta) and digitization of sick leave (e-ZLA).
He served as a Member of the Digitization Council appointed by the Minister of Digitization, a Member of the Scientific Council of NASK, and an Advisor to the Steering Committee of the electronic ID card (e-ID) project – being appointed jointly by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, the Minister of Digitization and the Minister of Health. He served as an advisor to the Presidents of selected state-owned companies. He is a member of the Scientific and Expert Council for Cyber Security at the Police Academy in Szczytno. He is a forensic expert qualified in the fields of IT, reverse engineering, cybersecurity, and IT copyright law.

In 2006, he assumed the position of the President of the Management Board of Oracle Poland. From June 2006 to November 2007, he was the Director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in Central Europe. From September 2013 to June 2016, he served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland responsible for the Infrastructure Division, Data Processing Center and ICT Department.
Since January 4, 2016, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems, a company formed by consolidating six Polish companies from the Asseco Group and the Infrastructure Division from Asseco Poland. Since October 1, 2017, he has served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. Krzysztof Szubert is a Polish entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor with nearly

In 2025, she received a distinction from the Polish Society of Security Sciences

Maj. Gen. Cezary Wiśniewski is the Deputy General Commander of the Polish Armed Forces. Maj. Gen. Cezary Wiśniewski joined the Polish Air Force in 1987, starting his studies at the Aviation Academy in Dęblin.
He obtained the 3rd class of military pilot on January 14, 1991 in the 58th Aviation Training Regiment in Dęblin. During the fourth year of his studies, he began flying MiG-21UM/MF combat aircraft. He received his first officer rank in 1991 after graduating from Aviation Academy.
A graduate of the Polish Air Force University (1991) and the Pedagogical University (1997). In 2001 he graduated from the National Defence University of Warsaw. Then, he completed foreign courses (Squadron Officer Course, Maxwell Air Force Base, USA – 2003, COMAO Course, TLP Florenns, Belgium – 2008).
In 2009, he completed postgraduate studies in Foreign and International Service at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, in 2014 he graduated from the Master of Strategic Studies, Air War College at the United States Air Force University, Maxwell AFB, USA. Awarded with many medals and decorations and an entry in the “Honorary Book of the Minister of National Defense”. He performed important functions, including the function of the Head of the Air Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Defense – Chairman of the State Aviation Accident Investigation Committee (2016), Air Force Inspector (2016-2017) and the position of defense attaché in the USA (2017-2021).
