Holds the PhD of Technical Sciences in the field of electrical power engineering and energy economics. Has been working at the Energy Regulatory Office URE since 2004, among others as the deputy director of the Department of Market Development and Consumer Issues. He took the position of URE President in 2019. Experienced in international cooperation: serving as an expert of the European Commission for the TAIEX programmes and twin-project in Ukraine related to the functioning of the electricity market, security of energy supply, the balancing market and congestion management. Expert at Florence School of Regulation on the development and operation of regional electricity markets. National expert with the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). In March 2021 appointed for the position of ACER Board of Regulators`s (BoR) Vice Chairman. Experienced in supervising energy companies, particularly in the field of financial reporting and audit as well as investment and development. Author of numerous publications and studies on the functioning of electricity markets, including the grid access principles, balancing and regional markets.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with a degree in Economics, specialization: Finance and Banking. He also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Wrocław at the Faculty of Law and Administration, majoring in Taxes. He is a Certified Auditor.

Manager with over 20 years of experience in IT and financial areas. For 10 years he has been working in the IT area in managerial positions. He has been associated with the energy sector for almost his entire professional career.

He is experienced in restructuring processes in the financial and IT areas and in building Shared Service Centres. He participated in the development and implementation of IT strategy. He also has experience in implementing ERP and billing systems in organizations. In managing processes and organizations, he combines financial and IT knowledge.

He sat on the Supervisory Board of ZOWER Sp. o.o. and recently on the Supervisory Board of PGE Systemy, where he held the position of Secretary.

Since 01.01.2021 he has been a CO-CEO of the Management Board of PGE Systemy S.A. Hi is responsible for the LTE450 network construction project.

Paula Januszkiewicz is an experienced cybersecurity expert, CEO, and the founder of CQURE Inc. and CQURE Academy. She is a Microsoft MVP, an honorable Regional Director for CEE, and a top-rated conference speaker at events such as Microsoft Ignite, RSA, Black Hat, and more. Her session was voted the best at Black Hat Asia Briefings 2019.

Paula has over 19 years of experience in the field, including performing penetration tests, consulting, and delivering sessions and trainings. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and has created security awareness programs for various organizations, including top management. Paula is also a member of the Technical Advisory Board at the Royal Bank of Scotland/Natwest and has been granted access to the source code of Windows.

Graduate of the faculties of Finance and Banking and Computer Science and Econometrics at the Cracow University of Economics. He completed postgraduate studies in IT resource management at the Institute of Applied Informatics and Automation of the Warsaw University of Technology and the CIO Academy at the Said Business School of the University of Oxford. Engaged in management control in public administration member of the audit committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Founding member of the Polish Software Measurement Association in Poland dedicated to the study of complexity, measurement and valuation of software. Member of the Council of CIONET Poland.
In his career to date, he has worked in public administration, financial and consulting sectors. He has extensive experience in the implementation of large and complex IT projects.
